For someone needing a place that doesn't have TOO many problems, this complex is adequate. If you are looking for more than just a place to just sleep, eat, and get ready for the day, you might want to look elsewhere. This complex is full of tenants who do not know how to control their children. Everyday is a battle to drive through the parking lot to get to your apartment. Though the complex has a playground for children, tennis and basketball courts, and a pool, 9 times out of 10 the kids are playing ball, skateboarding, and just hanging around in the 'drive' areas. This complex may have 5 dumpsters, but often trash seems to find its way in the grass, the parking lot, just outside the dumpster and behind buildings. Neighbors continually fight, slam doors, curse loudly, throw parties and force you to listen to their music (not excluding outside your bedroom window after midnight.) An incompetent towing service that believes they are working for someone other than who actually owns this complex patrols the parking lot. They pick and choose which car they will actually tag or tow without any real reason. You are allowed one vehicle per adult, there isn't assigned parking, yet you have to give them your vehicle information. You will be towed even if you live there and have given the manager your vehicle information. The apartments themselves have very poor weather stripping; windows and doors leak. Neighborhood children repeatedly vandalize vacant apartments. There is a laundry facility and some apartments have w/d connections, however if you drive your car to the visitors? section and park to do your laundry you will be towed. The mailboxes are not covered and do not have lighting for picking up your mail in the evening. Appliances are old and repaired rather than replaced when they break. The maintenance people have to make several trips to fix one thing and generally break something else in the process. The 'make ready' and maintenance personnel left our apartment with paint splatters on all our mirrors, parts of the carpet and tile flooring, a light switch that is wired backwards, and holes in the walls that were never patched or patched poorly. Promises of replacing old or damaged hardware are never followed through and then are later revoked. The only good thing going for this apartment complex is it's new manager who seems to have been tossed into a disaster area and told to 'fix it'. She's very friendly and has worked her tail off trying to turn this place into something better. However it seems this complex has been over run by people who cannot control their children or themselves and the parent company will not spend money to provide with resources to correct this.

Thanks for telling the truth. I guess we are blessed guess the part we live is fairly quiet except for the street noise. The manager is a great one who does care about the tenants. If i were to write a review you took the words right out of my mouth.

I am a current tenant here and they have new owners. They are re-doing the outside of the building and have started landscaping and taking care of the grounds. The police patrol the area so much that most people do not even hang around outside like when I first moved in. If some of the residents in that complex would get booted out it would be a lot better. There are a lot of elderly people there that said that complex use to be real nice. The laundry room, well it is a disaster! Kids run in and out of that place and leave all of their garbarge behind. They have a lot of work ahead of them for sure, but I think they are getting to it. They got rid of a maintenance guy that never fixed anything and always tried "fix" things that could not be fixed instead of replacing things. It took over 3 months to get another refrigerator and we still have one that got taken out of an empty apartment across from us because the dude did not want to transport a new one up stairs and the old one down stairs!
