Ashleye Village has made some very positive changes. The property itself has been improved dramatically. The landscaping and buildings have been remodeled and look great. The management staff is wonderful. They are ready and willing to go the distance for the residents. I highly recommend this property. The only real issue of concern is the maintenance staff. They tend to make residents feel as if they are "stupid" when they report minor issues. They can be rude and egotistical at times. If you need something repaired, the maintenance staff will respond in a timely fashion, yet with some sort of remark that is belittling and negative. They also tend to respond in pairs. Even if it is a small job, like tightening a faucet, it takes both men to do the job. I would suggest sensitivity training for these gentlemen. Other than that, I love to consider Ashleye Village as my home.
