Extremely sterile enviroment. Manager does not allow tenants any freedom. Plumbing leaks. Poor security. Roach infested. No matter how many sprayings still infested. Management plays toward favorite tenants. Anyone that she does not like or does not want renting anymore she will work on evicting you. Does not care for kids or animals either. very strict living enviroment. Also onsite laundry is usually in poor condition. Half the machines do not work and is pretty dirty all the time.
