I lived here for a year and it was terrible. Management changes almost monthly and they are of no help. I paid $200 electric bills for 5 months (1 bedroom) because my repeated certified letters to management about my a/c were ignored. It took 5 months before it was replaced. The heater did not work and was not fixed either. My disposal went out and I was left without a kitchen sink for 8 days. (they took the entire sink to fix the disposal). Maintnance is the most terrible i have ever seen. Noise, outside lighting, and theft are all problems at this complex. I would never ever ever recommend anyone move here....ever. It is cheap for a reason!
