I WAS A RESIDENT FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS, AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY DISSIPOINTED IN THERE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND WITH THEIR MAINTNECE, BOTH WERE TERRIBLE. THE ASS. MANAGER WAS VERY DIRESPECTFULL TO ME AND OTHER TENETS. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. THE MANAGER AND MAINTNECE MEN WERE NOT RUDE BUT IT WAS HARD TO GET MAJOR THINGS FIXED. AND EVEN HARDER TO GET THEM FIXED RIGHT! I MUST SAY I WOULDN'T GO BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR THE SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE AND FOR THE QUALITY OF THE APARTMENTS. IF ANYONE HAS ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL ME. OVERALL TERRIBLE APARTMENT!

I totally agree with this person. The rent is way to high and they put no money into upkeep of the apartments.

i am currently a renter and disagree with the person. as they expained above, i think times have changed. the ass. manager is now a guy, i they have went above and beyond for us. rent may be high, but look around at the surrounding complexes and compare...raintree is a great pick.
