We moved in here June 2003, and we just signed another year's lease. We have not had any problems period since we have been here. The management is great and are willing to help you with anything. One good thing is that they go by the books, so you never have to worry about something not being taken care of. If you have a maintenance request, no matter what it is, they will get to it the same day and fix it. Although, I have had to only call them once. We have never had one single bug appear anywhere, and it is so quiet here.The people who live here are so polite and respectful. The only issue I would say is the parking in the front. I don't live up there, but I see how it is when I get home from work every night. There is so much parking available every where else. There is a great courtyard here, and they just installed new barbecue pits and picnic tables. The pool is hardly ever busy, so you can go swim alone a lot. The place is very well kept up, and I am going to definately hate moving out when we buy our house next year. I believe they mow at least once a week. I recommend this to any one. The prices are higher than normal, but so worth it. You get what you pay for.
