Update 2008 and I'm still here. New management and new maintenance people been without a/c for 3 of the last 7 days. Call and went by office still no a/c. Terrible place to live and I will be leaving ASAP.


I've lived here since 2003 and haven't gone searching for something better yet. My major complaint is noise and parking. An old abandoned vehicle has been setting in parking lot for over two years without being moved. The tag and inspection stickers are out and the tires flat. It is taking up prime parking space. (Finally this has been corrected only two year after my original review.) The apartments have plenty parking, but if you live in the front of the apartments forget about parking any where near your apartment if you get home 10 pm or after. I ve never had any problem with staff and have found them pleasant. As for noise Raintree was a pleasant place to live my first two years, but recently the noise from the parking lot between the hours of 12 am and 6 am has become unbearable. Loud talking, stereos and vehicles are the norm.(The noice has gotten better too). I understand this is not the management fault and is just a part of living in an apartment.

They do allow dogs because you now have to watch were you step when walking around outside. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
