I've lived at Raintree for about 4 years. Most managers have been pretty good. Currently I've only dealt with Michael since he's come on board. He's been great, very helpful, nice to my kids and other tenants. In reading some of the negative comments here, I'd have to say those were bad tenants, and management was doing their job shutting them down. As a long-term tenant, I've been completely satisfied with Raintree. I can buy a house at anytime, but these guys mow my law, clean my carpet, fix broken appliances and, pick up the trash. Guess that's why I've been there so long.
