Was GREAT, going downhill...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
When I moved in March 2003, the management was great, maintenance was the best. Pest control at least once a month, more if requested. Great lanscaping, etc. But there are now new owners, management, and maintenance and honestly they are ruining these apartments. We are moving out as soon as our lease ends this summer! Many teens moving in, loud nights, overflowing dumpsters, and bad service! Wouldn't recommend it now. The previous manager now works at the Palms of Lake Jackson, try there, she's great!
