Sun Forest has horrible management. They are rude and very deceptive. They recently had EVERYONE's cable shut off because they did not pay the bill yet they are saying it is not their fault and only SOME people's cable is out. The cable company says otherwise. The manager is rude when you tell her anything and they never do things as promised. My dishwasher has broken twice and it's taken over a month to fix it both times. They can never fix the AC and when they say the pest control is coming to spray they NEVER do. Twice I've moved my animals out of my residents for them to come and they never did. The management when I moved in was much better and they gates USED to work. It's gone downhill greatly with drug dealers everywhere and cops there ALL the time. I'm moving out as soon as an apt becomes avaliable for me. I've alreayd given my notice but knowing the manager she'll try and get out of that too.
