The complex isnt that bad but its suppose to be based on your income, but the rent keeps going up. Seems like every month or every other month rent goes up. So why have an apartment based on income , income dont go up but the rent does.
How ever I understand they want things clean and have seen postings notifing tennets of a routine inspection which i think is good. Makes some think i better keep things clean. So thumbs up one that.

Just FYI, as the rent goes up, the government pays more to cover the increase in rent. The change in rent does not effect you directly.
