The complex isnt that bad but its suppose to be based on your income, but the rent keeps going up. Seems like every month or every other month rent goes up. So why have an apartment based on income , income dont go up but the rent does.

Outside appearance looks semi ok inside are shabby, cheap, rooms are small, cant get the manager to answer the phone takes it seems forever to get things fixed. Has a history of drug usuage and the police it seems are there on a regular basis,

Craphole. I lived at the Royal apartments for over a year and it sucked. The place has no insulation so I would hear everyone else's business in the complex. My apartment was an ugly brown color that reminded me of a 1960's mobile home. The air conditioner was constantly making noise and
