These apartments are terrible

These apartments are run down and patched up to get people to move in. After a while all of the things that they patched up start to fall apart. Many people break their leases here because of the unprofessional staff and the lack of upkeep of the apartments. No repairs are made on time and they charge a $75 late fee for people who don't pay their rent on time. However, they do NOTHING on time. I have had the maintenance men leave tools, screws and trash in my apartment after they have "supposedly" fixed things. Please RUUUUUUNNNNN the other way when you see any of the misspelled, grammatically incorrect fliers that they pass out,no matter what specials they are having. It is not worth it, believe me. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
