Well, I have been living in these apartment over 8 years. Now I am moving. These apartment has been going down ever since I been living here. The lawn is pore, nats and roaches steady coming. What's the use of hiring someone to get rid of the insects. First you need to treat your lawn. I have some many bite on me, it makes me look like I have something that I can't get rid of. Cari use to been a good manager, but I think she got some serious issues going on in her life. Cari let her marriage and her personal life interfer with business. Every maintenance person she hired do not last long. Some of them have stolen, has alcohol problem or some type of drug problem and criminal records. When maintance is called, it will take them 3 or more hours to respond, and nd we suppose to have 24 hrs. maintenance, THAT'S A JOKE!!! When they do come they have been drinking alcohol or been smoking some marijuana and nd Cari still continue letting them work for Sherron & Associates Company. Plus, in the present of I and one of her maintenance man, she had the audacity to drink a bottle of liquior( infront of office) and share it with her maintance man on property infront of me and then ask me it I wanted sum. What kind of manager is she. Plus, she hired an female assistant manager who stolen my identity. Yes, I got her prosecuted. Tenants and some of Lancaster Police Officers express to me there dislike to me regarding Cari professionalism. Now, after all that has been reported to this company it had to take all of these years to terminate Cari. Now, Sherron Associates has hired a new manager who has been leasing apartments for two years. She don't know what she is doing, putting wrong information on tenants doors. That's a slap in the face for them to hired her and the present assistant manager Gladys, who has 12 years experience in apartment managing. People that don't get credit when do. They like to skipp over the good and hard working one, with no promotion. That tell you a lot about Sherron Associates. The religion manager that live on the property now, she is no better. She hate challenge and she is prejudice. I would not recommend NO ONE TO LIVE IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. The rats and roaches will come before the residents. Look at the ratings, that will tell you alot about the partment complex. They had the audacity to increase the rent, it ain't worth the price living there. People start doing your paper work, get references on apartments before you move there. People if you don't, you are in for a rule awaking. Plus, this apartment complex has a big turn over when it come to management. Since I have been gone from this apartment, three managers has been terminated.
