Rosemont apts is a JOKE!!!! Management is horrible - I lived in Rosemont for a few years. During my stay there they have went through 7-9 office staff (what that tell you). Certain people went on and on about how when Demetrius Smith took over soooo much would be better but she didnt do CRAP!!!! If anything the apartments got worse.
