The Anchorage is a good place to live.

However, be cautious - their accounting system is abysmal. They have accused me of missing rent payments three times (when the rent was paid AND deducted from my bank account BEFORE the due date) simply because they paid in my check, but never recorded doing so. This is extra hassle (and occurred even when I hand delivered my rent check!)
