Have lived here for about three years now. All seems to have gone well. Some of the other reviews on this site are really bad, but I don't agree with most of them...yes, I have had one problem with the staff claiming that rent was not recieved, but it was resolved quickly and easily. Have not had any problems at all with parking, noise, or vandalism. Maintenance issues resolved very quickly. Neighbors are nice. I see no need to move until I get ready to buy a house. Would recommend.

Are you related to the owner or something? I've been here since Jan'06 and have had one issue after another. Your Anchorage apartment and management must be on another planet from mine...
