I have lived here for two years but decided not to renew my lease due to maintenance and manager issues. I have had air conditioner problems for the two years I have been here. My light bill went from $30.00 to $180.00 in one month- no freon found in my ac. It has to be replaced every two weeks with freon. isnt this an OSHA problem' they sent me a notice that my rent was going up 50 bucks so i chose not to renew. I can never get anything fixed the first time, so it takes more effort to get things replaced and I have racoons in my wall each winter that they cannot get rid of. Its safe- i have never had any issues, except for my tire caps getting stolen. I am young and single and I was never worried about my safety. I have great neighbors, but my one bedroom has grown too small for me. UPDATE- its 9-29-06 and i got home from staying at the boyfriends house for a week and they have listed my apartment as vacant with the post office. Funny, my rent is paid up till October 31st and today is September 29th. So im not getting any mail. My mail is stopped at the post office as of 10-9-06 so I should be getting my mail here till then. Just another reason why this place just sucks. I cant beleive they actually called and told me they would renew my lease at the same rate- a month before I move out. I asked them to keep it the same when I went in to inquire about the rate hike. Now Im mad because I have mail that is lost somewhere and I am not happy. DO NOT MOVE HERE- you will have nothing but problems. and dont move to my unti 1001- you will have raccoons in your walls every winter and they dont do anything about them. YOu will hear them while you sleep scratching in the walls and when the babies are born, watch out, they screetch all night long.

I have to agree with you. I am living there now and have nothing but air conditioner problems myself. I am not renewing my lease and I am pissed off that this keeps happening over and over again. I would advise not to move there either.

That sucks, I've never seen racoons or anything around here, but that sucks. I'm in 1810 and have had no problems with my AC, but that sucks bad.
