Lived here for 1 and a half years. and will not be renewing Management sucks!!! the only time you can talk to them is if you owe rent, otherwise if you have a complaint forget it. In this short time, My car has been vandelized twice, my neighbor was broken into, but is in the military so he is gone a lot. I reported it to management, its been over 2 weeks and still not fixed. They never even called the police to file a report, said it would make them look bad. Mail boxes have been broken into, even teenagers playing on the roofs of the apartments. Have complained many times, and their response is there is nothing they can do about it. BUT if your dog takes a crap on the property, they literaly will chase you down in their golf cart to give you a fine. it wouldn't bother me so much if it was a $300 apt. But I just expect a little better safety and customer service when paying $750 a month. oh, they also tie your water bill to everyone else in your building, so even if you are single and not home much, you get to pay an extra $50 a month cause your neighbor is running a day car out of their house or something. I have stayed in a lot nicer for a lot less. Oh and the Dock that they brag about, is so rotted I am scared to walk on it. and there is at least 5 boats that are sunk and still tied to the dock and have been the whole time I have been here, mentioned that to management once, and they had no clue. so best bet is to look elsewhere.

I don't know about all the other stuff but $50 a month for water is a flat out exageration. At least get it right, I have most of my reciepts to prove that this month it is $22.06 and if you go get a house you'll probably have it a lot more anyway. Or at least that's my experience, but maybe that's just where I come from. There are like 3 boats, quit lying, but I'm about to go outside and make sure I'm not downing you for nothing. But your just crying about things that aren't even correct, I'll be more than happy to post every water bill I have to anyone concerned with that issue. Although it will have to be an outside link to my server, sorry. And the docks aren't rotted, there seems to be a little damage recently from the high tide that came in (I have pictures it was REALLY high) and that caused it to break a bit as well, but nothing like your saying. And at least attempt to make a valid tasteful review. But the boats have been here the whole time I've been here, I'll give you that, and I just counted, apologies it was 4 which is a little much, but they are rented spaces after all. Although whether the owner still rents them I find doubtful. And yes you are supposed to clean up after your dog, which I am guilty of not doing as well, and they did send out a note, and stated that they would put out "Pooper Scoopers" which I have never seen so I never used. At least that's my feelings on that. And I guess the "rotted" dock could in reality be the barnacles on the wood, but that's normal, I have no clue what you're talking about, I hope you will clarify, not trying to fight but found your post full of flaws.

I would like to speak to you about the teenagers playing on the roofs.
