I have read the reviews on this complex and I must say that I disagree with most of them. I was astonished to find such a low rating with this complex. I assume that most are valid complaints blown a bit out of proportion, but I've had almost no problems with the complex itself, although I seem to have a very very angry old woman below me, who has turned in complaints on me, and even to the police, and I even spent a night in jail over her, but that's a whole other story.

I realize that the apartment has come under new management before my girlfriend and I moved here, but for the 8 months I have lived here so far I have had nothing but courteous service and prompt attention. We pay the rent on time, they worked with me on the pet deposit and never haggled me about it for the entire time we were still catching up with bills. Maintenance has always responded to our requests within 24 hours which I feel is very reasonable. I have done apartment maintenance myself and at times it is very difficult to keep up with the demands that tenants place on residents. The grounds are for the most part decently lit.

There are a few problems I have had, but the ones pertaining to management themselves have been or are being resolved. My roof has 2 leaks when it rains heavily. One has been fixed, the other still leaks, so they are in the process of having the roofers come back out and repair the leaks. The liscense plate was stolen off of my motorcycle along with the inspection sticker plate, and reflectors. They did ask me to remove my truck because my tags were out, so I did they even gave me several weeks to accomodate, which was more than gracious in my opinion based on apartments I have lived in and worked at before. And when we moved in they hadn't removed all of the masking tape from where they painted the tub and cabinets with appliance paint, which isn't the correct way to fix it, but seems to work fine on the cabinets, but our tub is peeling. But nothing too major, as long as they don't try to charge me for a peeling tub I'm fine with that, it's hardly noticable. Our bills are low, the apartment maintains it's efficiency well, although we are located away from the sun facing areas.

And it seems that they have gone through several people in the office recently, but seems that they have more or less gotten that under control now. But who cares so long as they get their job done right'

I can see where some may have a few parking issues in the central areas of the complex, but we have no real problems with the parking, and it's not all that far regardless. I have parked far away because one particular officer Regan Pena with the PD here is very spiteful and would check cars in the complex for tags being out. (She ended up getting me for it, my fault though) Besides, we could all use a little exercise no place is perfect, quit whining. There is the occasional loud music and the construction on the siding of the apartment was rather loud and disturbing, but what do you expect' But I don't remember a complaint about that on this particular complex. Great value and they even let you rent a washer and dryer for $30 a month, that brings our total rent up to a whopping $539 community water bill. Whoopty. I think this is a great complex personally. But it's a matter of opinion just like everything else.
