I have been here for about a year now and my experience with this complex has been very very bad. First of all, apartments are too old, rent is too much, and every time you renew your lease, the rates increase. No gas lines so you are having to run stoves and heaters with electricity which costs me alot every month. O ya, as soon as i walk out my apartment, there is so much slime on the floor which is made out of wood that i have slipt couple of times and got very close to falling down the stairs and this was after i had surgery. Told the apartment maintenance MANAGER about this, answer was something like, "... this is wood, it will stay like that...". To add to these comments, everytime i try to get into my apartment, there are atleast 4-8 lizards sitting right there so i am having to get into my apartment without having them attack me or get into my place. There are so many other things about this apartment that i don't like and have run into issues with, i just don't have time to write all of them out. I moved into this place so i can be closer to my work but you know i was better when i was at my old apartments, ofcourse it took me time to get to my work but i felt SAFER there, so, DO NOOOOOOOOOOT RECOMMEND this place. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Yes, wood gets slippery when its wet. I've lived in apartments for a long time and have yet to live in one that uses gas for the stove and heater. About the lizards...what, are they monitor lizards, komodo dragons, or fully grown iguanas? Yikes, maybe you SHOULD move!
