These apartments may seem nice but there are quite a few ways that they screw you over after you sign the lease.
1) Parking- If you work past 6 good luck getting a parking spot within two buildings of your own. Also in our section there was a family much larger then allowed in the complex that had teenagers take off in loud cars at all hours of the night.
2) Maintence- A nightmare. They will usually come and check your problem out within 24 hours like their lease says unless they lose your request because the management can't keep the office straight. Even after they check it out though good luck getting them to fix it. While a door was literally falling apart, a mailbox was off the hinges a airconditioning was leaking water into the floor, etc it took a total of 4 months to get it all fixed with crappy excuses. And when they don't check it within 24 hours good luck getting them to honor their lease agreement about rent compensation.
3) Utilities- They do not mention that their buildings are so old and their appliances are so crappy that even the cheapest 1 bed room apartments were 150 a month. Our apartment was making the bills 250 a month which is more then my family's 4 bedroom two story house. I am almost sure that the unit is either paying for the parking lot lighting, another unit, or the utility room right next to it. No matter how much complaining we do, all they say is you get what you pay for, nothing we can do. I moved and with the same appliances and everything our bill is now 60 a month.
All and all this place may seem nice and for the most part we were happy with it except for those things. There are cheaper, more energy efficient apartments that are larger and nicer within the league city and seabrook area. Happy to be out of that place. Oh yah and when it came time to renew our lease they tried to increase our lease by 90 dollars. They are out of their damn minds. And if you do move here make sure to watch for the unmarked fire zones. They like to come tow away all the cars parked in them at 2 in the morning and let you think your car was stolen.

Parking is only bad in some areas but about the fact with the loud music, well if you dont tell them then they really dont know. I have never seen a big family that have more then two cars. I am glad that they hold up to there end of the bargain when it comes to the maintance and for the office I have never seen anything out of place. They have always fixed my problem and they have come out in the middle of the night when something has gone so very wrong. Rent compensation? I have to say that I have a three bedroom and my highest bill for electric with two children @ 75 degrees and in the middle of the summer was only 220. If your electric was that high then you had to have had many things plugged in to the outlets. I have never had a bill higher then that in the middle of the summer. They do try to rise it but if you go and talk to them then they will lower it.

The people who work in the office are awful. They never have an answer to my questions, and keep insisting that I speak to a manager. When I request that a manger call me, it never happens. Then when I go in the office to look for the manager, I still don't get to speak to him/her. I have been here for almost a year and still have not been face-to-face with the manager. Needless to say, they've never answer any of my questions or assist with any of my problems in a gratifying manner. My A/C is constantly broken and maintenance is unorganized.

I live here in a 3 b/r unit and my light bill is around 200 a month. You must..no i know for a fact that you did have everything turned on in your unit. You even had a deep freezer plugged in.
