The area is nice and it was pretty quiet in the area where I was living but, it really has been a bad living experience. My husband and I lived there for about 2 1/2 years and would have moved out sooner just couldn't.
Parking is horrible. If you come home to late forget parking close to your apartment.
Maintenance sucks. They don't know what they are doing when they actually do show up and it takes about 2-3 calls to the office to even get them over there. We had a leak in the kitchen that ran down into out carpet. They told us they would replace the carpet and they never did. About 2 weeks before we moved out, it started leaking again so they called a contractor, and he said that it was a hair line crack in a pipe in the wall by the sink. So the week before we moved out, they came to fix it crack in the pipe but a different maintenance guy came and didn't know where it was. They knocked 2 hole in the wall because on the first wall where the contractor said there were pipes there were no pipes so they put another hole in the wall right under the sink and there were the pipes but no leak. So this maintenance guy asks did anyone ever check the dishwasher. The other maintenance guy had told me that it couldn't be the dishwasher because it was to far away from the carpet but this one said that it could because the apartment is on a slant. He checks the dishwasher and there was the leak. They also told me they would have a new dishwasher for me by the next monday or tuesday the week we were moving out, but we never got it.
Then there is mold. I found some mold in the bath room linen closet. They said that it was mildew and it was old and not to worry that they wouldn't charge us for it. I had been telling them for weeks and nobody came by and the last time they acted like it was my fault and said that I never told them anything.
And the staff is rude, lies, and unprofessional.
WE are so glad that we are out of there.

Really. Thats funny. You left out the part that your dog peed on the carpet and that the apartment you lived in stunk so bad that maint. could not stand going in there and that the office told you several times to clean your apt. Hummmmmm....Lets tell the whole story ok.
