Ever since the new company Jimmel investments took over the property has went to crap. They lost several rent checks and money oders. They let go the remander of the staff that was here from Aimco. The used them to keep them a flot while they hired the people they wanted. The maintenance was great til they let them go. Now i have to wait several days to get some thing done. Mellisa Jones is rude and does not have any people skills at all. I WILL OT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. I will be moving to another aimco property and i will never leace on a jimmel investment property. So if you think about moving on this property be prepared to have nothing done and have your car and or apt broken into. They have had several break in and car thefts in the last 4 weeks since they took over. Thanks Jimmel for ruining a great place to live.

To anyone who had renewed their lease or gone month-to-month since the new company took over, I'm trying to find out if the rent went up, down or stayed the same.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and have loved it. Management (new and former) has always been extremely considerate, helpful, and professional. Maintenance (new and former) is the best! In fact, I hadn't even noticed that there were "new People" in charge here. That assures me that whatever transition occurred was very smooth. I recommend this complex to friends all the time, and will continue to do so. My rent/water is fair and reasonable (for my salary) in this competitive economy, and I couldn't be happier with all services offerred. Management and maintenance are top knotch, and if someone is complaining about it, please consider the source. Are they constant complainers? I'm not judging, but my experince here has been very positive and pleasant. Management makes sure our home area is clean, well-kept and quiet, and the very few times I've had to contact them for something, the issue was resolved immediately. Neither I nor any of my friends here have ever experienced the above-mentioned auto break-ins or the "rudeness" from anyone who works here. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I feel very safe at all times. I drive a small car, so I don't have issues with parking that perhaps those with over-sized vehicles or more vehicles than our lease allows experience. I can say with all honesty and certainty that management and maintenance do an upstanding job in dealing courteously and professionally with tenants, even those difficult ones. I have witnessed this personally. I will certainly continue to re-new my lease as long as they'll have me and my two little de-clawed house cats! I have had NOTHING but ISSUES with the new company that took over.... I had repeated attempts for my A/C to be fixed and when it goes out at night- good luck sleeping- they don't think that's a problem to deal with at dark... You dont think I sweat at night only in the light are you freaking kidding me!!! The office manager is a joke, has no manners. will no be staying here and does not incourage anyone to move to this property... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- YOU'LL BE MUCH HAPPIER!
