Cheap prices but you get what you pay for

I've lived there for a year and had to move out because I felt very unsafe. Not to mention that the maintenance people enter your apartment at ant time they please. The maintenance does not fix anything and when they do you must report it many times. The office staff does not know what is going on half the time and leaves way early and are never in the office when they are supposed to be working. The rent is below the average price of apartments in league city and the apartments are pretty big but the grounds are not kept up and the apartments have become scummy.
