When I first moved here, it wasn't so bad. The only gripe I had was they had a new water heater and dishwasher in apartment waiting to be installed and the manager said they were both going to be installed, only the dishwasher was. When I asked why they asked if I was getting any hot water.
Now I have noisy neighbors, screaming kids at the pool (never rent an apartment by the pool) and cats running wild everywhere, peeing on my patio. I was stupid to get a 2 yr. lease after being there a year.
As far as safety goes, I feel pretty safe, but not as safe as I should for having 2 cops living in the complex( or at least it used to be 2).
All I can say is I do not recommend this place to anyone even my enemies. I am saving up the money to pay my reletting fee and then I will be moving out.
