Gone Section 8

This complex was nice in the beginning, but the class of residents has diminished GREATLY. We have begun to wonder if this complex has been converted to section 8 housing. In the past 6 months 4 perm residents have now moved. As of to-date we are currently in the process of looking for new housing ourselves. As far as ammenities - the hot tub has never worked, management staff and on-site maintenance is slow to no response to every issue. Parking is a battle to whoever happens to be in YOUR assigned space when you come home. Not mention the broken down vehicles that are parked in various spaces throughout the complex. The kids are indeed a problem and I don't intend to live on a deserted island or retirement home. If responsible parents would monitor their children at this comlex there would not be an issue!!! And yes strays are everywhere...and it DOES NOT help when the residents feed them!!! If you are looking for the trailer park/barrio/5th ward atmosphere - you found the place! Any resident who has lived here for more than 1 yr would know this!
