Jan was the previous manager, she was great. There is a new manager now. OMG, she needs to retire already! She's in her 70's' Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The apartments used to have washer and dryer included, not anymore. We used to have assigned parking spaces, nope thats gone now. Prices have gone way up. And we have paid our rent EARLY every month since we've been here, over a year. so that's kind of irritating. since she's become the manager, i've noticed alot of strange new residents moving in. lots of people rolling through here blaring music. Not to mention, the apartments are falling apart. This place is so so old, and the building has not been kept up over the years. thats for sure. If it wasn't for the maintence guys, i don't know if we would still be here. Our maintence man is a life saver, and goes above and beyond! pets are a bit of a nusiance here. People across the drive will bring there dogs over here to use the bathroom. also, the neighbors across the way have about 4 dogs. 2 of which are pit bulls.
this place is alot better than most than we've been in. but we are ready to get out of here. make sure you meet the manager and staff before you sign a lease here.... SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
