we moved in june of 06. and so far we're loving it here. granted this place has it's problems, but what place doesn't' we've had problems with bugs here, roaches, ants, spiders, and fruit flies. but anytime i call about a problem, the ladies put me on the list for the exterminator to come, and its taken care of right away. one major problem that we had was our AC unit. it was running all the time and cooling like it was supposed to, but it wouldnt STOP running. our electric bills were getting up in the $300s. we told the manager about it though, and she sent maintainence out here everytime, within the HOUR! not only that but she took the extra balance off our electric bill and credited it towards our rent. which many places would NEVER do. eventually we had to get a new AC unit, but when we got it, it was BRAND new (also, which most other places wouldnt do), and we havent had a problem with it since. i don't know what that other person was saying about parking, we have NEVER ONCE had a problem with parking. there are always parking slots available. not only that, but we have 2 assigned parking with slots just for guests. like i mentioned in my first review, the landscaping is not over grown, and there is plenty of lighting, so you feel SAFE when your out at night. they have a few punk kids around here, but theyre not terrible. the last place we lived the kids were so out of control, they would stop traffic in and out of the complex to hit or spit on your car. the few around here are just kids going through their little phases. i would highly recommend this place. this feels like HOME. we were even able to paint our apartment, of course, on the conditions we would repaint before we left....we don't plan on moving until we are ready to buy a house.
