We all want to see the good in something, but with these apartments, it's really just not there.
It seems like everytime I walk out to my car there is some foul mouthed child running through the complex. Oh, but I thought there were no kids outside alone'
It may take time, but you will eventually see where those of us who have been living here and who have lived here, are coming from.
Good luck! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Manager's Response

From: Manager Date: 02/10/2008
I am the owner. I stayed at the apartments for a week to see for myself if there are foul mouth children on the property. I found the property to be extremely quiet. I would have my children live at the property. Come visit and see for yourself. We are across the street from the court house and we get referrals from the constable and the judge. There were a few kids playing, in the early evening, on one evening, but they were well behaved. I will continue to stay at the property frequently to monitor the situation. About two years ago I found that there were many misbehaving children on the property after school. I have now taken over the management and I personally review each credit report and application of each future resident. I can be emailed at alan@longhurst.com.

is lollipop18 the manager? sure sounds like it. how rude. I was just checking out apts. online but no thank you.

Not sure about who lollipop18 is, but surely it's not the 70 year old manager, unless she's living a secret life. And I pray it's not the office assistant...(even though he looks a little questionable). Hey...to each his own. The property is no better. I hope the owner "Allen" is happy with this place. I have people frequently ask me the name of my complex because they are looking around. I tell them the name and I also tell them not to bother. There is WAY too much trash living in this complex now. This complex will turn League City into Trash City if something isn't done. I think I'll call the mayor AND file a complaint with the BBB. They are charging 775 a month for a 2bd 2bath apt that has almost, yes, almost....1000sf. What a joke!

i just moved to the apt. a few months ago. if yall want to say so much stuff on how the complex is runned or how trashy the new people that the are moving in.how come if you lived here for 3yrs you continue to renew your lease??if your not content with the complexe. and the manager is in the office, and the maintance people come and fix the problems right.and i would like to know what you mean by TRASH? people that dont dress and maybe talk like you or whatever, you consider trash.sounds like the word trash being thrown around is a little on the racist side. and the rent is not high i only pay $695 for 2 bedroom. i feel safe at night, sorry you dont feel the same,i see decsent people walking by themself or with someone or walking there dogs late at night, and about eviction notice, thats questionable,do to the fact they are nice enough to give you till the 5th before any late charges it says on your lease, you should read it. well, anyone looking to rent here or anywhere i suggest look around the complexe once in daytime and once a night and get a feel for the complexe, and dont just go by a couple of renter review.

I lived there for 2 years in Apt and moved last July so that I can move to an apartment that my granddaughter can catch the bus to my apartment. I plan on moving back there at the end of June 2008 after my lease is up where I live now. I never had any problems with the staff they were great and the people were great. I'm 53 years old and it was quiet I can't wait to get back. I never had problems with the rent because I alway's paid my rent early and was never late. Anytime I had a problem it was taken care of asap. I felt safer in these apartments than I do at the apts I live in here in Webster. I can't wait to get back and living there.

Some of the families that had the lound-mouthed children have been evicted as of April 2009. They were getting out of hand, but now all is quiet.
