as far as people writting, their bad experiance, and how the apt. are no good. even to say the apt and the new residents are trashy. well i moved in a couple months ago,and a plan on renewing my lease.yes there are not washer and dryers but there are connection.and there is enough parking, and yes its need a little touch up as far as the paint to mark the parking spaces, not a huge deal. depending where you live in the complexe yes there can be a noise problem, like i live on the side of the complex face the street, and yes it can be a little annoying hear trucks pass by,so i would just consider living inside not on the sides of the complex. and as far as people saying kids can be a problem, well there not, they are just kids, and if you know how kids can be playful and outside having a good time then, then you would understand, but if you dont then a complex with no kid would be ideal for anyone complaining about kids.the manager is helpful, and so is the assistant. the maintance people fix any problem i have had, even comimg out and changing my a/c filter, even though you are suposed to go to the office and get one and install yourself, but they were nice enough to do it for me. the price is reasonable, considering i only pay $695 for a 2bedroom,vs same price but a one bedroom somewhere else.so if people are saying trashy new people are moving & etc. maybe they need to move somewhere else,i think that you should check out office staff,go by the complex during morning around 7am then like around 5 or 6pm and then around 9-10pm and you can see what the people are like(enviroment)

Evidently you do not have any clue on how kids are supposed to act. There is being playful then there is screaming and hollering like they are the only ones living here, especially by the pool. It's not just the kids, parents are the problem, there is no one watching over them so they do what they want. I have lived here for five years and am moving when my lease is up. This place has gone downhill ever since the new owners took over. I used to think the new management was okay until they started lying to me about certain issues.

Evidently you do not have any clue on how kids are supposed to act.b/c i have two kids, and when i allow them to go outside,im there with them, seems to me that your certain issuse with the staff is making you write so much stuff about the comlex and everyone in it.most likely just b/c you have your ploblems. if you lived here 5yrs. and renew your lease for the last past 5year the so called problems didnt happen within the last time you renewed your lease.so do everyone a favor a move to another apt where you will fine ABSOULTY no problem at all, which is rare even in luxury apt. so good luck

Dear Two sides... The problems didn't start until the new owner took over. So, since you are so new to the property...give it time and you might understand where those of us who have lived at Calder Square for years, might be coming from. It's ignorant on your part to be defensive when you do not have years with the property. Regarding the kids issue, I'm sure you might sit outside with your child if your child is small, but the older elementary, junior high and high school kids are NOT monitored by parents. I hate to say it, but you seriously need a reality check.

ignorant on my part?,no, I don't think I need to live here for years to figure out how they compare to other apt. I lived in houston all my life,I lived in upscale side of towns to the worst sides. So when I give a thumbs up to this apt. I say so from years of living in other apt in houston, and league city apt don't even compare to most of houston apt league city has a nicer community, lower crime rate, nicer people etc. so crying about your thought's/issues about the apt and me, I laugh it off.
