I can say that I have been here going on three year and I do not have any problems with the office staff or the maintenance crew. The manager is a very neat lady and her age has nothing to do with anything. She's here early in the morning and leaves late in the evening. I have never had her to rude to me. Whenever I have needed any repairs I have been taken care of in a very timely manner. So, I can say that I am very happy.
OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND DON'T LET A FEW MISERABLE PEOPLE GET YOU DONW!!! There are some in every place.

please don't wanna let too many people know that this place is good....then lot of people will try to come to this place and they will increase the rent..... office staff are very very friendly

Just yesterday I went over and submitted my app and security deposit to hold a 2/1.5...the younger lady in the office was new and not 100% positive on everything I asked her, but she was honest about it and friendly, more so than one would typically expect. The older lady seemed sweet and very informed. I called her to let her know I was on my way but may not make it before they closed and she assured me that they would be there regardless. My fiance ever remarked how decent they were, and that is really saying a lot as he doesn't really like anyone aside from me!!! Thus far, this complex seems to be alright. Reasonably clean and well kept. There were kids outside, some younger and some high schoolers, and they were just being kids doing kid-type things. I saw no fire setting or spitting and none of them threw things at my car or whatever some of the other people had said. Besides, even if they had, it would not have been the end of the world! They are only kids and know only what they are taught. Berate their parents and families, not the kiddos. Mine aren't perfect; they have broken windows with a fire truck toy and scratched my car with their bike. That's what kids do and best part of it, life went on! It just seems crazy to me that every response on almost all of these rating sites is about the kids as if they have any control over where they live or as if most of them are even old enough to utilize self control. Give 'em a break and the office staff too. Everyone has days when they are just b*tchy or just acting like an *ss and the office staff are just regular people. That's it for now but I'll post a new update in 6 months or so...
