I have to agree with others, the walls are very thin and if people above you are walking around it sounds like a herd of elephants stampeeding. I am very happy with the location, but the girl in the office told us that the electric bill was around $40 a month, try multipying that 3 times. We haven't had a bill under $125. Then when I went to ask them if that was normal, they asked who I was with...so I told them, and they said that that company is the most expensive one. IT's the freakin' company they recommended!!! So, that really ticked my husband and I off! Then our dryer broke and they proceeded to tell us, since we were in a 2bedroom, 1bath that we did not have an emergency, only 1 bedroom 1 bath renters are considered emergencies. So I asked what I needed to break to become an emergency! So 3 days later and 3 hours past the time the maintenance guy was supposed to be there, my dryer finally got fixed. For the most part I am happy with the complex. It is very safe and mostly quiet. It is the first apartment I have lived in, so I have nothing to compare it to.
