I have lived here for 2yrs and 6 months. Unfortunately I had to move, because my husband wanted to be closer to work in Galveston. The office staff is WONDERFUL!!! Lindsey the Asst. Manager is the best person in the office, and always is quick to do whatever she can for you.
James the maintenance man is AWESOME too. But one thing to know is get close with him and treat him good because he's the one who makes living there all worth it. For any apartment you should do that. There aren't any words to describe how great they are. it is very peaceful there and the residence who live there are all sooooo nice. Everyone is friendly, polite and curtious. i couldn't ask for a better place to live. I felt safe walking to my door late at night. All the neighbors watch out for each other. If your a young single women living on your own this would be a good place, it was for me before I got married and my husband moved in. I give this apartment the highest rating you can give it.
