I currently moved to the area three and a half months ago. Decided to lease an apartment from the Crow's Nest and it was one of the worst choices I ve made! Since I have been living there, several apartments are vacant, customer service is very poor, the maintenance is Horrible and the palace is old and out dated!! Do not waste your time and money to rent from this company because you will be sorry. The neighborhood is very pleasant and the people in the area are very nice. Trust me you will thank me for this because I wish I had checked this place out before moving in! And one more thing about this place is they state that they have a hot tub, but the hot tub does not work and has been like that before I move there. This apartment complex is a dump!!!!!!

The place is old and out of date. They claimed to have just done a multi million dollar reno, but we found out the truth from there former maintance. They split 1.5 mil between their two complexes. Each has approx. 100-200 units each. I did hear the hot tub works now.
