OK on the outside the apartment looks fine very well kept and clean. but do not judge a book by it's cover! These apartments are "Going Condo". IT IS A RIPP OFF they want over $110,000 for a 700 sq ft APARTMENT these things have a whole host of problems. The a/c have been replaced sevaral times in my unit alone and these arpartments are only 3-4 years old. The tops floors leak because the orginal roofer did not lay tar paper under the tiled roof. The manit. team can't remember what they fixed last and they never show up when they say they are going to. or they show up when you are half naked. They are trying to lease apartments right now but what they don't tell you is if they SELL your APARTMENT (condo) they will have to move you to another one. And if your neighbors next door are in there bed room lets just say you don't have to be a doctor to know what is going on in there. you hear everything. don't be fooled by looks. i have to say on thing the office staff is trying very hard but the complex does not hold up at all

Hello, would you mind telling me how I can obtain some hard evidence for your claim that the builders of this property failed to place tar paper under the tiles of the roof? I am looking to invest some money into purchasing one of these seemingly lovely condos, however I will look elsewhere if I can know with absolute certainty that this claim is true. Please, anyone who has any information about this, I will be too greatful for words to have the truth of this claim, but I need hard evidence or a way to find it. Thank you very much.
