I would not lease here if I knew how many times the management would change over. I have lived here for 2 years with a fairly good rental history and am now trying to rent a home due to my expanding family. When the lease agent called up the appartment complex they told them so much bull it wasn't even funny. The agent told me that she had never spoke to someone as rude as this assistant manager. Now I am stuck here for probably another 6 months.
They are trying to get people to by these APARTMENTS as condos for a ridiculous price. You have so many kids (15-18) running around, speeding through the apartment complex, running you over with there skate boards its pathetic. Definatly not a kid friendly neighborhood.
