This place has nice apartments and the maintanence staff is responsive. On the golf course the view is very nice, and alot cheaper than the views at nearby complexes. However, you will find out after you lease that the only way you can get cable is through the company the complex has a contract with. You will not be able to transfer your Time Warner account. You have to sign a one-year contract with Dish and hang that ugly contraption from your balcony. If you have a 6-month lease the company requires a $15/mo fee and authorization to draft from your checking account. You cannot get high speed internet without cable service. The same company provides this. In all you can tack on another $300-$400 for a six month lease. I'm sure the complex makes quite alot of money at its resident's expense on this deal. (Not me I have dial up and watch local news and DVDs).

There is very little parking and it is race home from work to secure a space close to your apartment every evening. Don't leave or you will park at the office when you get back.

All in all though it has been a nice, affordable place in a good location.
