The manager has not returned my calls. And we have been having a leaking roof for several month now.

And it has not been repaired and now are living room is now going to be leaking also. These apartments/condo's suck!!!

I would not recommend these apartements to anyone!!!

Have they fixed your leak yet? I live @ The Fairways and I too have a leak that has been going since April. (It is now end of Nov.)They still havent taken care of it and now i have mold!!The manager never returns our calls either. I even sent a certified letter that they never excepted. I really dont think they seem to be concerned about the residents.
