I lived at the Fairways a year ago and I had no problems. I actually loved it. I had great place right by the pool and there was always parking. The 2 bedroom I just moved into has a leaking roof. It leaked thru to the dry wall and now there is MOLD and NATS! They said they would patch up the dry wall...but I have heard nothing yet. They did give me a do it ur self bomb so I can kill the nats myself. How thoughtful. OH yeah and my closet doors keep falling off the track.
