Avoid the Fairways. Staff is not good (except for two specific people that I have spoken with). Property manager was condescending when I spoke with him. I lived there for two months and had rodent feces in the wall, there was mold on the wall, the tub had an extremely poor functioning drain, the toilet flush broke, one light fixture had exposed electrical wires (the wrong bulbs were installed burned all the insulation off), and it took 3 weeks to get a key a closet on the porch.

It is also very noisy through the walls.

Trust me, you don't have to try hard to find a better place than the Fairways to stay.
