Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived here for almost 3 years. (counting the days until I can move).
The walls are paper thin and I can hear my upstairs neighbors disgusting noises in the morning, his TV all day long. It's VERY annoying and scares my dog. Complaints to office have done no good. I will start calling police from now on. Speaking on security/police. There are plenty living here (for free or discount, I'm sure) and you NEVER see them patrol the area. Ever!
The drain plug in my A/C has clogged 2x within 3 months. Causing soaked carpet, mold and messed up wood trim. I asked to be moved to another unit & was told they didn't have any.
People let their dogs poop in the grassy area that everyone walks thru to get to their cars.
Had a meth dealer living upstairs too. It was very scary when undercover cops showed up to break the door in and arrest him. Also the kids in area pulling the fire alarms is a little unnerving.
I've noticed Management/Maintenance/Staff has all gone downhill since I moved in 3 yrs ago. I don't trust maintenance in my apt when I'm not home.
