I have lived in 5 different apartments now over the past few years and this is my first really bad experience. From day one when I walked into my apartment and it reeked of smoke I knew I was in for a bad ride. Not to mention when on day two the linoleum tiles peeled up in my bathroom. They have been on order ever since.....don't plan on seeing those before I move out. This is my first apartment without a roomie but not to worry the roaches keep me company at night. The fire alarms constantly beep outside my door and have gone off a few times since I've been here. They blame it on bratty kids.

I know apartment living has is pros and cons and if I don't like it people will say go get a house but I don't mind apartment living. The other 4 places I have lived were good. Yeah you can hear people upstairs and parking is not always the best but I do think for the price I pay here I should at least not have to kill roaches in the middle of the night or use duck tape to keep my floor in place!

I know some of these units people actually buy as condos. OMG they are crazy. If you are reading this and you are one of them don't waste your money. My lease is up in a month or so but your into this place for a mortgage!!!!
