I moved out of the Fairways little over a year ago. 1st The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors above me every time they walked. I could also hear my neighbors on the same floor perfectly clear when in my bathroom. 2nd You're better off paying for someone to fix anything that breaks than expecting the maintenance guys to even make a showing. If you are moving from out of town try the Parks at Waterford! i have a fmaily member who lives there and they are great. It is a small property and they are quick to fix things and they even leave treats on your door from time to time. Fairways used to do stuff like that but not sure if they do anymore, that was the only good thing they did do. that property is falling apart at the seams and they won't fix it!

don't do it! the staff acts like they are capable of handling your needs and requests, just to get you to sign the lease. after that, they become the slow, retarded high school education dipshits they truly are. Keely is the biggest moron there. they've changed management 3 times since i've been there - 1 year. this includes changes to the maintenance staff. fire alarms get pulled all the time, parking sucks (depending on which bldg you're in) and the rates only go up. people don't pick up their dog turds, they don't take their trash to dumpster. if you're lucky enough to have nothing go wrong with the apartment, you're still not satisfied with the overall customer service. booo. i'm moving into a house soon!

Wow, the last guy hit the nail right on the head, especially about Keely. The property is beautiful, as are the apartments. The apartmetns are clean and a good size. You are able to hear your neighbors, but you ARE in an apartment. The were mostly professionals and young couples or families when I first moved in, but over the year they did start leasing to some 'louder', more 'trashy' residents. However this place could truly be wonderful if they ever invested in a competent staff. I moved in originally back in the fall of 06 stayed about a year. Over that time the true colors of the uneducated staff started to shine through. I have heard that they did change management companies recently, so maybe they are starting to see that they need to find better help. Try the Moorings, Ravello, or the Park at Waterford. Good luck

The newest management company is by far the worst. My lease ends april 31st, and that's not anywhere near soon enough.I came home today to a notice that I owe money for a water bill. I went to ask the manager why I got a nasty notice and she said I should pay my bills. I haven't recieved a bill in over two months. This my second encounter with this woman, neither have been good. She makes Keely look like the customer service hero. I can imagine what they go through, I'm in a sales/customer service business. these people are pathetic!! If I treated my companies customers this way I would have been fired on the spot. I had to turn and walk away from the manager so that I didn't stoop to her level.

BOY ARE YOU RIGHT ABOUT THE NEW STAFF!!!!! They are truly complete ***holes and RUDE. They refuse to help you with anything but mainly the manager is one of the most heartless slimmy scumbuckets around!! You can forget it if you have a maintanence problem because they are incompitent!!!!!
