I dont understand why people at the Fairways have so many complaints...I think this is one of the best managers&assistant managers that we have had at the Fairways.This place has changed in many ways.I also feel that the Maintenance Supervisor is very friendly,respectful and handles what we need done as residents here.How about all you complainers look for good to comment on.This place has gotten so much better.No matter where you go it will not be perfect.If your complaining here you will complain no matter where you go.It doesnt pay to be negative.I've been herefor more than a few years and dont have any complaints.And its thanks to the new manager and assistant.I can say the only negative comment I have is Thank god they got rid of the old office team.All I can say to the manager,assisatnt manager and the maintenance supervisor is the keep up the good work.All the negative people if you dont like it here there are plenty of other apartments for you to go to and complain.

Whatever!!!! Wait until you move out and see what happens. Your stupid if you think this place won't screw you over in the end. You better hope your carpet looks brand new when you move out even if you have lived ther for more than 3 years and have had it cleaned by the apartments company.

You may have been lucky. And actually, I have been lucky that nothing truly wrong has happened to my little unit. But I have several friends here and trust me, it's not a complaint-free operation. They do not go out of their way to make you feel accommodated. The ladies in the office have a high school education at best and have no clue about customer service and getting things done. The maintenance & management staff has changed so many times. I do like Stacy, the Maintenance Guy. He should take care of you. Keely is a complete retard. She's been there a very long time. Their billing methods are effing screwed. They don't cash your check within a timely manner. I started sending auto checks through Bank of America. You can't say don't complain, because we've been lucky. Other folks have had a really tough time here. Apartment living for the most part is never done right.

This review had to be written by a staff memeber. Obviously they read them as the assistant manager left very unprofessional comments on here in response to a former tennant.
I lived at the fairways with both management teams and they were both bad. Granted i'm sure there are much worse out there but my problem is the fairways is played up as luxury service apartments and they fall short -- way short.
I wouldn't recommend the fairways to anyone looking for "luxury apartments". I will say I did get all of my deposit back and was responsible for NO repairs/replacements HOWEVER.... it was in rough shape when i moved in and by far the worse experience out of all 5 apartments i've lived in over the years.
If you are looking and worried there are just a few bad apples and these people complain to hear themselves talk you will be misjudging them. These might be some of the extreme cases but overall from many friends i did meet at the fairways no one was happy.

W0W, this was really funny to read. I???m pretty sure they got paid lots of money to write that. Or maybe???just maybe??? their one of the idiots that work for this ---- hole. I have lived at 5 apartment complexes and none have had such horrible management and maintenance as this place. Please be smart, people are complaining because they have gotten to such a point of disgust that they are only looking out for the well being of others. When there is only one good comment out of numerous bad ones. Well, you do the math... it doesn't take an Einstein to figure this one out!

This is the first reviews I have seen from tenants on this property. I am an owner. I am a very positive person, but I must admit I am frustrated in working with the management teams since last July. I have been looking for answers. Wanting to know if my tenants are well cared for. Yes I realize some people in life are complainers, but generally speaking that is about 1 in 100. So, please, I don't know any other owners, am not being given any info. I suggested leaving the pool. They don't seem to care. I felt total apathy from the management that manages the management. You see, even owners are told we are not allowed to speak directly to the management. You see our dilemma as owners. Okay, how about this? Have you seen the movie "The Secret"? How about we collectively see the Fairways as getting new terrific, professional management that really cares about tenants and owners? I will start tonight. Please, go out and rent or buy at amazon, or Costco, or other book, or video stores "The Secret". Let's stop seeing what is and start seeing "Right here, right now, a fabulous new Management team that answers all our problems. Trust me on this. There are no mistakes in the universe. This stuff works. I am living proof of it. Will you do this? There is nothing to lose and everything to gain. Let's see what we collectively can do to shift this. See it, believeit, imagine it, imagination to reality.

I'm completely numb at this point! I have lived in apartments for the last fifteen years after loosing my beautiful wife but have never had issues with maintenance like the Fairways. In the past I would call with an issue and usually would get a professional maintenance employee take care of the issues within 24 hours but the staff here doesn't have a clue and dispatch an incompetent non-English speaking employee with little to "no" skills to make the repairs! After moving in I contacted a manager and told her that the carpet wasn't cleaned properly and the tiles in my kitchen actually stuck to my feet and dislodged from the floor. How crazy is that ! To date, they have done nothing to rectify the problem ! One selling point was the gated community but to date the gates still don't work ! AFTER THREE MONTHS !!!! I was told the the maintence staff were covered up with repairs but later found out that the mamager didn't insist that they work late or work weekends to try to catch up ! I run a mechanics shop and "often" work weekends when the work is there but the manager here hasn't figured that out yet ! Mr. nothappy9870, I feel your pain and Mr.love07now I think we should make a stand ! Count me in ! We should try to contact everyone here and set up a meeting with management ! I have tried to contact "upper" managenent via the internet but that was frutiless. I want any help from the tenants here to force the staff here to simply do there jobs and stop ignoring us ! I'm totally fed-up at this point !
