Do not rent here! Management is uneducated and ignorant. They simply can not handle that many units. They lose your rent money, then want to evict you on there own screw up. Also if you submit a work order dont expect it done until at least 2 weeks later. There is never a place to park. The place is rat infected. They have mildew all over the outside like the place has not been pressure washed ever. The gates never work. Its not luxury at all. Its trashy. This apartments could be nice if proper management was running them. DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED OUT OF MONEY AND BE UNHAPPY! They might as well turn these apartments into section 8 housing with the managers now!

I just responded to the next one. We are owners. We are having trouble also with this new management. We have been told we are not allowed to speak to this company directly. We are being kept in the dark. I suspect the other owners are also in the dark, other than wanting to know why suddenly their checks have erroded tremdously. Then it hit me, wow, what if they are not taking care of our tenants? We wanted to know how many owners were leaving the management pool. We were told only 1 left. All others have stayed. What does the vacancy rate look like? Is everyone unhappy? I want to make sure this management team is the one that is the problem. Did they give you the name of it? What units are the units that are in trouble? Or do you wish anonymity? I can't help but worry about what I own there as my tenants being in trouble and I am being kept in the dark about it.

Love07now, Get off your butt and go there, act like you want to rent, go talk to residents there. Find out why they kept my 1375.00 deposit, why I received no information about them keeping my money, why the manager would never return my phone calls. Until I get my 1375.00 back I am letting everyone know how dissatisfied I am with the Fairways, including my step daughter who is real estate agent there in Kemah.

Because you destroyed the unit.... Look at the pictures that were taken. You can easily request them... Ignorance is a wonder these days but you moved out of state? Thank Lord!

There are never any pictures......they bluff. You can request pictures over and over and they never will show them to you. It is because they don't have them. HOWEVER, I showed pictures and had proof. So Misty or Keely....shut it, no one wants to hear your "anonymous" trap.
