So much bad that I don't even know where to start and if I were to write everything you would think that you were reading a journal article. But I will start here: 1.Office Staff are rude and complete airheads. 2.Airconditioning unit didn't work for the first two weeks - apartment was hotter than it was outdoors with the weather outdoors averaging 95 and high humidity. 3. Kitchen appliances (fridge, garbage disposal didn't work for approximately the first two weeks (luckily we had a deep freezer and saved all of our refrigerated items) 4.There is a insect problem worst than you've seen or heard of (every kind of roach, bug, flying and crawling, big and small in size, insects that most people have never seen or heard of, even lizards, you name it its in the apartments. The insect not just crawling around on floor or walls/ceilings but on your furniture/personal belongings. There is not a day that goes by that you dont encounter some sort of insect crawling around, next, or even on you when you not looking. And for 2 months we have complaint and asked for an exterminator and still no one has come to exterminate our apartment. 5. If you have a package delievered to you that is too big to fit in your mailbox and it is left at the office - BEWARE, it might be a week of them telling you that they have no package there for you. But get this, you will know one is there for you because you would have received notification. And yes, they will be rude about it, you will have to insist that your package is there and don't be suprised when they say "How was I suppose to know that you had a package here'" 6. The grounds are okay, nothing spectacular. We cannot wait to move out!!!! If this review doesn't keep you away, then nothing will.

I was in Building 1, apartment 1305. If your seriously running an investigation then how come you haven't contacted anyone on here that displays their email address? You might want to hurry because I know there is talk of a class action lawsuit and interviews with local news stations are going on. ;) Oh and I bet you can remedy the majority of your public relations problems by doing a firing sweep of EVERYONE that works in the office. Just a suggestion!

Look Ms Anonymous. It is obvious you are one of the staff in the office and want to know exactly what apartment/unit so you can retaliate for the tenants telling on your idiotic and childish behavior. If you spent the same amount of time inquiring how to deliver quality customer service as you do attacking the customers who live at Fairways you'd have your priorities in order.

To anonymous 7/31/2008, Please trust that we are not the Management, the staff, or Founders. Trust that we are indeed running an independent investigation. Please do not suggest to tenants not to identify the Bldg. #'s and Units#. We need evidence of any form that is written or documented per Bldg. and Unit #. It would be illegal for staff, management, etc. to retaliate. Please don't push away part of the solution and have others join that club. We are being told by the above powers that be that it is just a handfull of whiners in a complex of over 400 units. Help us find the truth. Tenants have to have the courage to step up rather than just a possibility of multiple e-mail addresses of the few, as we are being told. Thank you to Karebear98 for your courage, and being part of the solution.

So if you are not the Management, the staff, or Founders. Trust, then why can't you identify your contact information so that tenants can contact you directly without the fear of retaliation? Doesn't that make sense? Or why not put postings next to the mailboxes or on the doors seeking information?
