We turned in our rent the day it was due and was given a letter that we owed $90 in late fees. When we called to ask what it was about they said we turned in the check 7 days late and we owe money. Well we always turn it in on time and she got rude with us and said well next time turn it in inside the office so this doens't happen again. Obviously they lost the check, it's happened before and not just with us. They are always rude in the office, have lack of respect and no customer service skills. Who hired these people. Also, the gates have never worked and our 1 year lease is almost up. So what safety in our contract are we actually paying for' If you like being mis-treated this is the place for you!

HOW ABOUT PAYING A SEVEN DOLLAR WATER BILL, THEN, SOMEHOW IT GETS KEYED IN WRONG. YOU END UP PAYING A SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR WATER BILL. ACCOUNT GOES INTO NEGATIVE, CHARGES OUT THE WAZOO, 10 DAYS TO CORRECT. 10 DAYS. OFFICE IDIOTS.
