So basically the current management is collecting rent from units owned by investors but not sending that rent money on to the investors. I'm glad I didn't rent one of those units. Imagine the nightmares of determining who you actually owe the rent to and potential liability to multiple parties.

Thanks for posting this information. I currently rent at the Fairways and had no idea this was going on. My lease will soon end. I have to abide by the terms of my lease but I guess Westcorp Mgmt. Group doesn't. No wonder the gates haven't worked almost a year.

The 114 units in question have been foreclosed on and evictions started for the tenants.

Units 12210 and 13208 are not in the Israel Owner group. We are independent owners. We hope our tenants are happy.
