the managment company also do not transfer the rents to the owners since last november, becouse of that there is many foreclosure in the complex. we are in process of sueing the managment company and will bring new one very shortly. i would like if possible to hear more stories maybe from other residence in the complex about how the currnet mgm company treat them in the past 2 years

I lived in ----- in 2007 and 2008. When I moved in, there was a stain on the ceiling over the dining room. I requested that the leak be repaired and then painted. It was painted but the leak continued along with the noise of many pigeons living above my apartment. The water and feces leaking through the sheet rock finally got so bad I had to move my table out of that area. The front door lock was damaged (someone had tried to break in before my arrival), it was never repaired. The air conditioner went out many times. There were several times that I had no air for a week to two weeks at a time. The microwave worked for the 1st day, then quit. I went without a microwave for over 3 months. The bathtub faucet leaked when I moved in, it was never repaired. The door alarm never worked, and was never repaired. The refrigerator went out twice. The first time it was replaced in 2 days and then the new one did not work either. I had to throw away about 300.00 worth of food and was never reinbursed. I lived by myself, my water bill would vary from 20.00 a month to 68.00 a month, I did not know why. Now I am having to go back to court next month trying to get my deposit back. I did not break my lease, cause any damage and had no outstanding invoices. I hope you are an owner that cares and will do something for those poor residents.

Buildings 8 and 10 were the ones broken into that I know about. There were 2 other breakin attempts as well. Scary especially with kids.

I do not know what the apartment numbers for the most recent two break-ins or burglaries where. However, Just about two to three months ago -------------- was broken in to and robbed. The thiefs took all of their electronic equipment and other things. Needless to say, the residents were scared, and rightfully so, and they moved. I will tell you that after I found a note that there had been two recent successful break-ins and two other attempts, I went to the management with a few questions. Their reponse was basically, your security is your own problem. Well, if they would fix the front entry gate that has not worked since I moved here (11 months ago), maybe this would not be happening. Or, are these break-insinside jobs? My lease is almost up and I'm getting out of here. This is not a safe place to be, and management staff that could care less. Oh yes, I did overhear a member of the staff say "What do they think we we are, their security?" Just a little food for thought...

I am having problems getting my deposits back. I made the mistake of dropping off my written notice in the night deposit and 1 month later they say they never got it. So I am screwed of over 1,000.00 in deposits. Also, my lease was up on the 6th of the month and they said due to new rules we had to stay till the end of the month and pay past our 6th month lease move-in date. Our Apartment was not in good shape when we got it. The paint was still wet and chipping because of a "quick job". They did a horriable job. Paint was running and dripping everywhere.

FOLLOW UP ON STUFF DAILY, WHETHER REPAIR OR TERMINATION OF LEASE LETTER. GO BY THE OFFICE AND GET IT IN WRITTING. MAKE SURE THEY SPELL YOUR NAME RIGHT, CAUSE THEY CANT. MAKE SURE THAT IT IS RELEASING YOU FROM YOUR LEASE OBLIGATIONS. PHONE CALLS ARE FOR THE SCARED. YOU LEARN ALOT WHEN YOU POP IN ON THEM. IT WONT BE LONG BEFORE THEY ARE ALL GONE. NOTHING LAST FOREVER. IT'S JUST TEMPORARY. ALL THE MONEY I PAID TO LIVE THERE BEFORE AND NOW I HAVE A HOUSE WITH THAT NOTE I WAS PAYING. AND FOR WHAT, DISRESPECT AND CRAPPY SERVICE FROM THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF. I BET THE PARKING LOT LIGHTING IS STILL TERRIBLE. I BET THE POLICEMEN WHO LIVE THERE DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, CAUSE IF THEY DID, THE OFFICE WOULD BE CLEARED OUT BY NOW. PARKING STILL TERRIBLE, GATES STILL BROKE, COMPACTOR OVERFLOWED (CAUSE TENANTS DONT KNOW THAT YOU THROW THE TRASH all the way DOWN TO THE BOTTOM, CLOSE THE DOOR, PRESS THE BUTTON, DUH. ANY GOLF BALLS THROUGH WINDSHIELDS LATELY. MOLD ANYBODY. WHAT A WASTE OF GOOD RENTAL PROPERTY. BLAME THE OWNER. ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL TAKE OVER AND THE PROBLEMS WILL CONTINUE. THE OFFICE WILL REMAIN THE SAME UNTIL SOMEONE MAKES AN EXAMPLE OF THIS STAFF AND PROPERTY. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING CAUSE THEY WILL MESS UP. OHH YEAH, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. THE PALM TREES DON'T REPRESENT PARADISE. ALL THAT MONEY A MONTH FOR WHAT????????????????????????????????????
